Hirdaramani (Industries) Limited is steadily moving from a manufacturing to a service oriented company. In order to meet the challenges of current market trends, the company identified ways in which to improve its team.

A number of training programmes have already been conducted to enhance the skills of the team. The company believes in developing its human resources as effectively as possible.

Therefore, the management sent its staff on a training programme which focused on and developed leadership qualities, team spirit, planning, time management, effective communication, self-confidence and trust. The Outward Bound Training programme was conducted by the Sri Lanka Business Development Centre in Dambulla.

This three-day programme helped the team to identify their hidden talents and enhance their skills.
