From the beginning, we have ensured that our factories have excellent working conditions for our employees. We strive to provide safe and hygienic working conditions as well as fair and equitable remuneration schemes that exceed industry norms. We strictly adhere to the Labour Code of Sri Lanka, the ETI Base Code (founded on International Labour Organization Conventions), the internationally developed Occupational Safety and Health standards, our own Code of Conduct and those of our buyers.

While we have our own Compliance Team to monitor and independently verify our code provisions, regular audits are conducted by third party international auditors with a view to improving our present standards and ultimately exceed international standards in compliance. Many of our factories have been approved by international certification bodies on WRAP, CTPAT Compliance. All our factories have been approved by the respective buyers for health and safety standards. Furthermore, some of our factories have been awarded in national level with National Safety Awards for safest work place.
